How does your recruitment process work?

Our recruitment process is designed to be thorough and transparent, ensuring a mutual fit between the candidates and ReputationPro. Initially, we conduct a phone screening to assess the basic requirements and understand the candidate's interest and motivation. Following a successful phone screening, we will reach out via email to schedule the first in-person or virtual interview. Depending on the role and the discussions during the first interview, a second interview may be scheduled to delve deeper into specific areas. After the completion of the interview process, we believe in maintaining clear communication with all candidates. Every candidate will receive communication from us, either extending an employment contract for hire or a rejection letter. If a candidate has been through two interviews and is not selected, we make it a point to provide feedback or reasons for our decision, recognizing the time and effort invested in the process. This approach ensures that regardless of the outcome, every candidate gains clarity and closure from our recruitment process.

Yes, every position at ReputationPro is fully remote. We genuinely value results above the number of work hours logged. For instance, it doesn’t matter to us if a task takes 10 minutes or 10 hours to complete; what’s crucial is that the work is done correctly and meets our quality standards.
