Key Responsibilities:
Manage General Communication: Consistently leverage the provided business phone line and email for all client interactions, ensuring a unified approach, professionalism, and reliability.
CRM Maintenance: Diligently update the CRM system after every client touchpoint, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects client interactions.
Appointment Management: Organize, schedule, and manage a comprehensive calendar of client appointments, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each engagement.
Client Engagement: Actively source and cultivate new opportunities, identifying untapped opportunities for business development.
Active Participation: Engage in regular morning meetings, sales training sessions, and evening reflection meetings to remain aligned with company goals and enhance sales techniques.
Reporting: Regularly and accurately assist in sales metrics and client interactions to team leadership, contributing to the update of sales lead boards and personal reviews.
Conducting Sales Appointments: Professionally and effectively conduct sales meetings, showcasing the value of ReputationPro and understanding client needs.
Client Onboarding: Proactively assist clients in the sign-up process, addressing concerns, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth transition (close).
Stay Updated: Continuously refine your knowledge of the small business space and our services, ensuring you provide the most up-to-date and valuable insights to potential clients.
